Leadership and Emotional Intelligence

The PhD Leadership Program at Andrews University was proud to host the Second Annual Leadership Conference on July 22-23, 2012 on the Andrews campus. The conference focus on the theme of Emotional, Social and Spiritual Leadership, and the keynote speaker was Daniel Goleman, the best-selling author of the book Emotional Intelligence, with more than 5 million copies sold in 40 languages. Featuring expert panel discussions and paper presentations, the event will start on Sunday, July 22, at 7:00 pm. The 2012 Conference included optional Pre-Conference Plenary Sessions and Workshops, beginning on Friday evening and Saturday morning and followed by a series of pre-conference workshops on topics related to Spiritual Leadership on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. The pre-session was coordinated by the Christian Leadership Center of Andrews University and the Journal of Applied Christian Leadership.
